- Answering general and underwriting questions
- Quoting and rating endorsements on accounts
- Completing necessary applications for insurance
- Performing customer follow-ups
- Processing renewals and remarkets

- Assist clients with making general insurance policy changes
- Manage customer service requests and policy adjustments
- Handle customers' accounts and process payments
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues while upholding customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
- Work with account executives to process changes in coverages or premiums
- Work with insurance carriers to process requests in a timely manner
SKILLS
