    RESPONSIBILITIES 


    • Answering general and underwriting questions
    • Quoting and rating endorsements on accounts
    • Completing necessary applications for insurance
    • Performing customer follow-ups
    • Processing renewals and remarkets
    • Issuing certificates of insurance
    • Assist clients with making general insurance policy changes
    • Manage customer service requests and policy adjustments
    • Handle customers' accounts and process payments
    • Respond to complaints and resolve issues while upholding customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
    • Work with account executives to process changes in coverages or premiums
    • Work with insurance carriers to process requests in a timely manner

    SKILLS


    • Proven experience in a customer service role or as an account manager
    • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
    • Organizational and time-management skills
    • Enthusiastic and passionate
    • P&C Personal Lines Insurance experience
